I went to the Opera House (again) but this time went for a tour on the inside and if you're sensing another fact coming on, you'd be right!Back in 1957 they estimated that the building would cost $7m to build and it would be completed by Jan 1963. It ended up costing a whopping $102m and was finally completed in 1973. FACT! Makes Wembley Stadium seem like a well run project.
How much does chicken and chips cost there? From recollection, at Wembley it's about £8.
